Its BlogHop time! Here is Papertrey's inspiration for this month which is bright, sunny, and happy:
I found inspiration in one of the pieces in the collection though my card ended up very different than I had imagined it would look. The buttons are more yellow in real life than in the picture. And I realized that my stash is definitely lacking things yellow.
Supplies:Cardstock:Papertrey Ink White,Ribbon:Papertrey Ink Aqua Mist,Buttons:Papertrey Ink,Patterned Paper:Lily Bee Design Buttercup Collection,Stamps:Papertrey Ink All About You,Embossing Powder:American Crafts Zing White,Ink:Versamark.
Since that one didn't turn up as bright as I hoped, I made this one using a sketch from the card class with Aly Dodsall I took at Big Picture Classes:
Supplies all Papertrey Ink:Cardstock:Aqua Mist,Lemon Tart,Patterned Paper:Aqua Mist, Stamps:All About You, Ink:Aqua Mist, Die:Heart Border
Thanks for taking a look! See you around the Hop!
