To bring some texture to the background of PTI Pure Poppy cardstock, I embossed it using the new PTI Simple Stripes impression plate. Its a bit hard to see in the photo. I stamped flowers from PTI Flower Fusion #12 in Pure Poppy and VersaMagic Ocean Depth with Momento Summer Sky for the centers. I used the PTI double ended banner die in Simply Chartreuse with the Happy Birthday sentiment from Heart-2-Heart #2. Finished off with a bit of twine. Perfect for my friend's birthday this month.

ReplyDeletethis is absolutely adorable! I have that FF set and haven't made anything near as cute with it - i love the colors and the bit of twine to tie it all together. On a separate note - i see you're a Jersey Girl - me too! transplanted to NoVa now.
