Great challenge prompt at Retrosketchesthis week....very versatile too.
I made two cards using this sketch:
For this first card, I used Papertrey Ink's Sweet as Can Be stamp and dies topping the ice cream cone with a pale pink rhinestone. I die cut the ice cream from patterned papers from Echo Park and My Mind's Eye, two of my favorite patterned paper companies. For the border strip down the card, I used the frame image from PTI Framed Out 2 set in Ranger Espresso, PTI Autumn Rose and Melon Berry to match the patterned papers.
This second card used my new Papertrey Chevron dies which I used with various Echo Park patterned papers. I colored the cupcake from PTI Tremendous Treats: Birthday with Copics and stamped the Inkadinkado sentiment in Ranger Espresso. I love the pop of color on the kraft cardstock.

Love both of your cards. They are so yummy! I just posted my retro sketches card, using the same ice cream set. Great minds think alike, right? I love how you used that little frame from framed out.
