PTI Make It Monday #115

I was very much intrigued by Heather's technique video for Make It Monday. I don't have a lot of impression plates but decided to give it a shot anyway.

My first thought was to make a teacher thank you card with some adhesive backed cork. I used my PTI Hexagon cover plate with the rubber mat to make the impression. Unfortunately as you can see, it didn't impress so well even after running it through my cuttlebug 10 times.

The back was impressed a little...

So I scratched the cork idea and searched all over the house for something else. Finally decided to try some vellum which is making a comeback in the crafting world it seems.

Thanks for looking!

Supplies:
Paper: Memory Box Black, PTI Pure Poppy & Lemon Tart
Stamps: PTI All About You Additions, Everyday Button Bits
Ink: Momento Tuxedo Black
Other: Vellum, PTI Hexagon Coverplate & Double Ended Banner Die
