Seems like neon is all the rage with the kids lately so I was inspired to make a card using a little neon yellow-green as part of the Play Date Cafe challenge this week. I'm also playing along at CAS-ual Fridays challenge "Count Me In". This card is perfect for my daughter's friend's birthday coming up.
