Papertrey Anniversary Day 2

For the second day of PTI's Anniversary Challenges, I made three wine bottle tags using the 2014 designer printables. They are all so gorgeous but I picked the ones appropriate for some occasions I have coming up. I matted the printables and put them on wine bottle tags cut out of matching PTI patterned cardstock. Easy, peasy and I'm excited to give these out.
