Pocket Scrapbook Cards

I'll be honest....I never even thought of creating my own cards for my Project Life album. Until today. Papertrey Ink is releasing their first set of products for pocket scrapbooking and are celebrating today with a challenge - create a 3x4 card that can be used on a card or in a pocket scrapbook.

People online always talk of making their own cards but I really never thought to do it until this challenge. I always thought it would be too hard or complicated. I'm pleased to say that it isn't. The 3x4 canvas is perfect and I like to keep things simple anyway. And now I feel like the possibilities are endless because I have so many Papertrey stamps that could work well on these little cards.

I'm sharing four pocket cards I made today that can easily fit in my monthly pocket scrapbook.

This first one is for a back to school page. I used the PTI Teach and Inspire set.

Next one uses some fun colors and the Live Life Love set.

This one is my favorite and perfect for the weather we are having here lately. I used the Wonderful Words:Snow set.

And the first one I made early this morning was a travel themed card using the PTI Destination set.
