Inspired #18
So crazy busy this time of year with end of year school stuff and volunteer efforts! Wanted to post this card that I made for one of the teachers to go along with their thank you gift. I was inspired by the challenge at Inspired by All The Little Things this week - simply stunning. I love the dress and the bright flowers as a stark gorgeous contrast and wanted to create that with my card.
I used a stripe embossing plate for the background to mimic the dress. Bet that dress is flattering on anyone because of that design! I added in some die cut flowers from MFT Flashy Florals set. Sentiment MFT Thanks die cut from a scrap of My Mind's Eye patterned paper.

Super idea, Sherrie! I love this take on the inspiration photo! I'm off to fill out my thank you cards to teachers, too...it IS a crazy time of year but it will all crash to an end next week (on our end, anyway)! Good luck with it all! ;)
