Hello friends! Thanksgiving is upon us in the US and I've got my sister and her family coming in for the weekend. LOTS of cooking happening this week! But before all that, there's a new CASology challenge that I hope you'll find time to play along with......
I was inspired by SOFT to use some various purple felt scraps in my stash (from my daughter's various school and art projects). I die cut felt flowers using MFT Stitched Flowers dies and layered them. I dry embossed a stitched rectangular frame on an angle and used it to anchor the felt flowers. My "soft" sentiment is from Hero Arts.
Please check out what the rest of the Design Team created for SOFT and leave them some love for them on their blogs...

Soft perfection! Using felt was a great idea and I love the way you anchored them to the card with the dry embossed frame. Brilliant design. Thanks for having me as GD at CASology!
ReplyDeleteThose flowers certainly look soft and fuzzy! I love the embossed square - it grounds everything perfectly!
ReplyDeleteLove those felt flowers--they look so very soft.
ReplyDeleteAh, I can almost feel those soft felt flowers...so rich in color and soft in texture! They look beautiful against the white card base, too!
