Make It Monday #121

This week's Papertrey Ink Make It Monday challenge featured colored vellum flowers. I rarely use vellum anymore so this was a great challenge for me. The video featured large flowers which would be easy to color after embossing. I don't own any large flowers so I borrowed this Hero Arts flower stamp from my new local crafty friend Nelia. The flower is colored with PTI Winter Wisteria and I added a touch of Raspberry Fizz to the Winter Wisteria center for some variation. The sentiment and die is the PTI Half and Half set.


This card will be perfect for my cousin's birthday next weekend. She LOVES purple.

    Oh, this came out so pretty - I am glad somebody is finally using that stamp!

    Purple and lavender=gorgeousness! So pretty how the flower straggles the 2 colors.
