I started with a small panel of vintage cream card stock and stamped one of the graphic flowers from Friendly Flowers around the panel in the three challenge colors. The flowers look like the arial view of a parasol umbrella.
I layered it askew over a larger panel of orange and adhered it to the pink card base before I stamped the sentiment. I wanted to wait until it was all glued in place when I stamped the Wet Paint sentiment because I was afraid all the tilting would cause me to stamp the sentiment crooked!
I added a few matching enamel dots to the centers of the flowers to finish the card off. This is another design that I could see making into a set with different color combinations and sentiments.
And our featured designer for August is....Stephanie Keats.
